I have been a student of marketing for a while as the grey hair is testament to but that means in my 30+ years I may have encountered a similar challenge. I have worked client and agency side at the highest levels. I have worked on numerous categories from telecoms and financial services to retail and tech. I like thinking and solving problems. I am a team player with a point of view and a can-do attitude.

Marketing Director 4 Years (2018 to 2022)

Joined at a time of crisis when the business needed a steady hand. Saw the business successfully through 2 Covid Lockdowns and a cyber attack whilst consistently delivering a 6,000 plus weekly leadflow for the salesforce. Developed the brand and the team creating a new and clear value proposition. Launched the highly successful David Seaman 'Safestyle Safehands' campaign. Managed digital revolution in leadflow.

 

Responsible also for internal communications, magazines, workplace and introducing Net Promoter Score to the business.

Took the role to remind the premium brand why it was the premium brand and re-establish its credentials. Went back to the classic campaign of product proof originally by Ted Moult but subsequently using Craig Doyle. Took the logo back to its blue and revisited Fit The Best from every aspect of the business.

Marketing Director 9 Years (2006 - 2015)

Joined a very sales dominated environment and established a marketing team and a call centre environment to support the business. Took a team lacking in confidence and direction and turned them into something special where they had pride in their output.

Generated a steady leadflow to service the reps and a reporting structure to refine and drive up the quality. Also managed internal communications and product development. generated over £1billion in sales during my tenure and had fun doing it!
